Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Open and service deposit accounts for members or prospective members.
• Assist members with service needs including wire transfers, payroll deduction, and check requests.
• Assist members in resolving questions or concerns about their accounts.
• Take loan applications, analyze, obtain approval, close loan, and complete file.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to deepen member relationships.
