Job summary

Mountain America in Provo, Utah is seeking a part-time Member Service Associate to deliver exceptional service at the branch. You will assist members with account activities, explain MACU products, and help meet financial goals in a supportive team environment.

The role offers paid training, competitive starting pay of $17.50/hour with potential increases based on experience, and benefits for full-time staff with 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance. Evening hours are included.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient computer operating skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products.
• Assist members with opening accounts, servicing existing accounts, and explaining products and services.
• Meet sales and service goals through proactive consultations and cross-selling.
