Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Centerville, UT is seeking a Part-Time Teller to provide exceptional member service and handle routine transactions. You will assess member needs, explain MACU products, and assist with account openings and servicing. The schedule is Mon-Fri 12:45pm-6:15pm with rotating Saturdays.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for incentive-based increases. A valid driver's license is required and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Assist with opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Process transactions accurately and in accordance with policy.
• Cross-sell products and work toward sales and service goals.
• Maintain branch security and handle routine operations as directed.
