Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial institution products and services, including loans.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule which includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to product offerings.
• Perform accurate teller transactions and reconcile cash nightly.
