Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Specialist who will handle member services for new accounts and loan transactions, while delivering exceptional service and referring Credit Union products. You will contribute to branch success by selling and cross-selling products, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with teammates.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial products, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans.
• Experience handling cash and balancing cash accurately.
• Ability to cross-sell products using a needs-based approach.
• Willingness to work rotating Saturdays.
• Registration requirements: NMLS, California Insurance designation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service for new accounts, loans, and documentation.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union and RCUSG products and services.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
• Perform teller transactions and reconcile cash nightly.
• Conduct audits of documents/files and participate in meetings.
