The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and 1+ year related healthcare experience. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow physician orders and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily living activities as prescribed.
• Document care and medication administration accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient records and report changes to supervisors.
• Ensure safety and comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Collaborate with nursing and care staff to support resident well-being.
