MBK Senior Living in La Mesa, CA is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to support residents with medication administration and daily living activities. You will document, deliver, and assist with treatments as prescribed, following policies, regulations, and safety procedures.

This part-time role requires a High School diploma/GED, CPR & First Aid certification, and 1+ year of relevant experience. Strong communication, reliability, and comfort with technology are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• 1+ year of medication-related healthcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow directions; HIPAA compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments.
• Document medication administration and related incidents.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and document reasons.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records per procedures and regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident requests as needed.
• Support caregivers and promote teamwork and MBK principles.
