Job summary

Wesbury in Meadville, PA is hiring Medication Technicians to join our Personal Care team at Cribbs Residential Center. You will help ensure residents receive safe, quality care, including administering medications and monitoring health conditions.

We value dependability, compassion and teamwork. A HS diploma or GED and CPR/BLS are required, with diabetic certification preferred; experience with older adults is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
• Successful completion of Diabetic Certification required.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Patience, compassion and a genuine desire to work with older adults.
• Personal Care/Assisted Living experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• administer medications and treatments as permitted by training.
• monitor and document resident conditions.
• respond to resident needs and emergencies.
• provide direction and support to CNAs/PCAs.
