Living Branches in Souderton, PA seeks a compassionate Medication Technician (Part-time) to administer medications per physician orders and document accurately in the resident's MAR. You will work closely with the Nurse in charge to ensure right dose, timing, and method while following HIPAA and long-term care guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork with geriatric residents, and prior DPW Med Tech or CNA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Administer medications per physician prescription and document in MAR.
• Complete medication-related documentation including Resident Roster and MAR entries.
• Follow HIPAA rules and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications per physician orders.
• Prepare medication cart with Nurse guidance and coordinate PRN meds.
• Document doses, missed doses, refusals, and errors in MAR.
• Ensure right medication at the right time and route for each resident.
