Job summary

The Wynwood House in Centre Hall, PA is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents' health, safety, and well-being. Working closely with the care team, you will administer medications, monitor health, assist with ADLs, and provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to senior living. Full-time, part-time, PRN and variable shifts are available; evening and night shift differential offered along with enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Medication administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document in MAR/eMAR per policy.
• Support daily living activities and resident well-being.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with team.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
