Job summary

Wesbury is hiring Medication Technicians to join our Personal Care team at Cribbs Residential Center. We are seeking dependable and compassionate individuals who enjoy building relationships with an older adult population.

This role is part-time with a day shift, and includes every other weekend rotation. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and supporting CNAs/PCAs to ensure safe, high-quality care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
• Successful completion of Diabetic Certification.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Patience, compassion and a love for working with older adults.
• Personal Care/Assisted Living experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as permitted by training.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies.
• Provide direction and support to CNAs/PCAs.

What You'll Do:

Our Medication Technicians help ensure residents receive safe, quality care while supporting their physical, social, mental, and emotional needs. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as permitted by training, monitoring and documenting resident conditions, responding to resident needs and emergencies, and providing direction and support to CNAs/PCAs.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
• Successful completion of Diabetic Certification
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
• Patience, compassion and a genuine desire to work with older adults
• Personal Care/Assisted Living experience is helpful, but not required
