Job summary

The Wynwood House in Pennsylvania seeks a dedicated Medication Technician to support resident health and wellbeing. You will administer medications, monitor health, and assist with daily living activities in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and medication administration accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Capability to follow physician orders and care plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and related resident care services per orders and policies.
• Document medication administration promptly in MAR/eMAR and other records.
• Monitor resident health, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain medication carts, rooms, inventories, and proper storage of medications.
• Observe for side effects and report health concerns to supervisors or providers.
• Support with ADLs, mobility, transfers, dining, and safety observations.
