Job summary

HG Analytics is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Rep with medical scheduling skills to support clinics in McKinney, TX and the surrounding DFW area. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication and a professional, patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, verifying demographics and insurance, scheduling advanced exams, updating records, and HIPAA compliance. Schedule aligns 8am–5pm with some Saturdays, aiming to meet scheduling goals.
