Qualifications

• CMA, RMA or CNA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology office.
• Nextech EMR experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Welcomes patients and assists health care providers during visits.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, screens inquiries, and directs them as needed.
• Prepares patients for visits: gowns, positioning, and room readiness.
• Verifies patient information and medical history; records vitals.
• Assists with examinations and basic on-site lab tasks as directed.
• Documents patient information and treatment results accurately.
• Maintains supplies, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
