Job summary

BioLife in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. You will work 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with training provided. The role emphasizes customer service, donor safety, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet donors, screen them, take vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation. Shifts include weekends and holidays, with a focus on reliability and process improvement within approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for the full shift and lift light materials.
• Comfortable working in a bloodborne pathogen environment and wearing gloves.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Maintain accurate donor charts and use the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varying shift times including weekends and holidays.
