Rev Facial Bar in New York is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant / Front Desk Support to join our medspa team. You will support providers, prep treatment rooms, and manage front desk duties including calls and check-ins.

The role requires a friendly, energetic team player with strong communication and organizational skills. One year medical office or spa experience preferred; in-person work on Saturdays 8:00am-3:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year medical office, spa, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and turning over treatment rooms between clients.
• Support providers during treatments and consultations.
• Manage front desk operations: phones, scheduling, check-ins/outs.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
• Handle client inquiries and provide information on services.
• Ensure front desk and waiting area stay clean and organized.
• Process payments and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with the team to support spa success.
