Bellava MedAesthetics & Plastic Surgery Center – Bedford Hills, NY is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends front desk excellence with clinical support to ensure a smooth patient experience and efficient daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have medical office experience, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with providers in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous medical office or similar setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn scheduling, CRM and EMR systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and manage check-in through checkout.
• Answer calls, texts and inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Collect and verify patient and insurance information and forms.
• Assist with incoming leads and convert to appointments.
• Coordinate with providers and team on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records in scheduling and EMR systems.
• Keep front desk organized and welcoming.
