Job summary

Qualifications

• National or state MA certification/registration strongly preferred; required where certification is mandated.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, assist with injections and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per written orders.
• Record data in the medical record per guidelines and coordinate care with the physician.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and coordinating outside care.
