Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of clinical practice experience in an office setting.
• Must be comfortable with back-office responsibilities.
• Proof of current vaccinations including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A & B, influenza, and COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients from reception to exam room and document vitals and chief complaint.
• Stock exam rooms with supplies and maintain room cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and submit requisitions to restock supplies.
• Handle front-desk tasks such as filing, scheduling, and billing processing.
• Register patients and update demographics; collect co-pays as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and manage medical records requests.
• Process dictation, letters, and physician orders daily.
• Assist with lab specimen collection and lab requisitions.
