Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ocean Township, NJ is seeking a Meat Clerk for a part-time role. You will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandize meats, and assist in seafood, rotisserie, prepared foods, and cheeses to help Members find what they need.

You will answer questions, make product recommendations, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the meat department. Weekly and daily pay options, plus benefits and a flexible schedule, make this a rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises meats.
• Assists in seafood, rotisserie, prepared foods, and cheeses.
• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the meat department.
