The University at Albany seeks an accomplished higher education professional to serve as Director of Part-time MBA Programs for the Massry School of Business. The Director will manage admissions, scheduling, budget, alumni relations, and operations for the Part-Time Weekend MBA for Executives, while supporting recruitment and engagement across the Evening and online MBA programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of full-time post-graduate experience in higher education administration or related field.
• Experience advising, counseling, and developing programs for graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, advisement, scheduling, budget, and alumni relations for the Part-Time Weekend MBA for Executives.
• Lead recruitment, admissions, advisement, retention, and alumni relations across all part-time MBA programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses and alumni to recruit students and identify instructors.
• Coordinate web content, CRM emails, and recruitment reporting with Marketing and Massry staff.
• Administer admissions process, including review, interviews, and communicating decisions.
• Support Weekend MBA Executives students with progress monitoring and communications.
• Organize alumni networking events and Evening MBA/Executive MBA forums.
