Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; transcripts (official) on file.
• Two or more years of college teaching experience desired.
• Directly related doctoral-level degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to students in and out of the classroom through engaging instruction aligned with Post University’s expectations.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in MBA disciplines such as Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Operations, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Economics, Accounting, and Business Ethics.
• Adhere to Post University policies, procedures, and applicable laws; engage students with high-touch support.
• Evaluate student performance based on course deliverables and rubrics; post interim grades in the Blackboard Grade Center and final grades in WebReg.
• Participate in and coordinate end-of-class close-the-loop meetings as required.
