Job summary

The University of Southern Maine’s Business Administration Department is seeking part-time instructor applicants for our Summer 2026 Session, as well as our 2026 – 2027 Academic Year.

We are seeking successful candidates who are able to teach in our Bachelor’s and MBA Degree programs. Instructors will be responsible for the full delivery and grading of the course. Responsibilities include developing the course, teaching, assessing student performance, and meeting with students as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and grade courses, develop course materials and syllabi.
• Teach in Bachelor’s and MBA programs and meet with students as needed.
• Assess student performance and maintain course objectives.
