Ivy Tech Indianapolis Downtown Campus is seeking a Part-Time Math Tutor for TRIO Student Support Services. The role involves in-person one-on-one and group tutoring, exam review, and TEAS bootcamp support for up to 15 hours per week across 30 weeks in the 2026-2027 academic year.

Ideal candidates have strong math knowledge, tutoring or teaching experience, and a passion for helping students succeed. Availability for in-person, virtual, and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in math from pre-algebra to college-level trig.
• Experience tutoring diverse students and addressing root challenges.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tutor one-on-one math sessions and lead group tutoring.
• Document tutoring data and track outcomes.
• Provide exam review and TEAS bootcamp support.
