Ivy Tech Community College Indianapolis seeks a Part-Time Life Sciences Tutor for TRIO to support students in life sciences through 1-on-1 and group tutoring, exam review, and TEAS bootcamp, both in person and virtually.

The ideal candidate will have strong life science knowledge, excellent communication, and a commitment to inclusive teaching while maintaining FERPA-compliant documentation of tutoring sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in life science subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Tutor one-on-one in life science courses and related disciplines.
• Lead group tutoring sessions and study sessions; conduct exam reviews and TEAS bootcamp.
• Document tutoring data and track sessions for outcome reporting.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and support for diverse student populations.
