Job summary

Study Smart is seeking tutors for Math and ELA across K-12. You will support small and large groups, access class assignments, and adapt to new materials and teaching strategies to meet student needs.

Join a team that emphasizes equity and community partnerships, with ongoing professional development and a supportive staff. Availability Monday through Friday 9:30 AM–12:30 PM CST is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a completed 4-year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience strongly desired.
• Availability Monday through Friday 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM CST.

Job Responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Math and ELA
• Grade level: K-12th
• Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
• Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart staff
• Partner with Study Smart’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

Qualifications

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desire
• Seeking availability: Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM CST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.

Salary And Benefits

• Excellent rate of pay: $40 an hour
