Job summary

Detroit City FC is seeking part-time Retail Team Members for the 2025 season. The role supports the Director of Merchandise and Merchandise Coordinator at Keyworth Stadium, helping guests with purchases and keeping stores stocked for matchdays.

Shifts are 5–7 hours, largely on home games, with on-site duties, outdoor work in all weather, and opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding club.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling on matchdays.
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication.
• Experience in retail or events helpful.
• Knowledge of soccer and DCFC preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of all match day merchandise activities.
• Set up and tear down of stadium stores.
• Assist customers in completing their purchases.
• Communicate with fans in a friendly, effective way to answer questions and concerns.
• Attend most DCFC home matches as required.
