Job summary

The Washington Spirit is seeking a part-time Matchday Retail Assistant to support the club’s merchandise operations at Audi Field and related events. You will assist with setup, on-site sales, inventory transfers, and teardown while ensuring a positive fan experience.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is on-site in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fan event environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, on-site sales, and teardown at matches and events.
• Answer questions about products and merchandise to fans.
• Ensure a positive fan experience through friendly interactions and knowledge of venue procedures.
• Move merchandise between event and match locations in the venue.
