Job summary

Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club Spa in Florida is seeking a Part Time Massage Therapist to treat clients with soft tissue techniques and create a safe, relaxing experience. The therapist reports to the Spa Director and conducts 30-, 60-, and 90-minute sessions by appointment.

Requirements include a Massage Therapy certification and liability insurance. This is a 1099 position paid on a 60% commission of services plus 100% of tips; towels, oils, and CBD oils are provided, and you must

Responsibilities

• Provide 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massages by appointment.
• Perform Relaxation, Therapeutic, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massages.
• Guide clients through service offerings and recommend massages.
• Take detailed client history and note health conditions.
• Evaluate clients to identify painful or stressed areas.
• Advise on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods.
• Suggest future massage appointments and regimen.
• Adjust technique based on client feedback.

Part Time Massage Therapist - Plantation Bay Country Club and Spa

Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club Spa is seeking a Part Time Massage Therapist. This massage therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly. They report to the Spa Director.

• Provide 30-, 60-and 90-minute massages to clients by appointment
• Ability to perform Relaxation, Therapeutic, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massages
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
• Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Suggest future massage appointments and regimen to clients
• Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire

Requirements
