StretchMed Marlborough is seeking an Independent Contractor Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. You will deliver personalized massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well‑being while managing your own schedule.

You will document sessions in detail, maintain a safe and hygienic environment, and tailor treatments based on patient assessments and client feedback. A valid massage therapy license and prior med spa experience are required.

Qualifications

Your expertise in various massage techniques and understanding of human physiology will be instrumental in creating tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to target specific muscle groups and pain points.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health histories, current conditions, and treatment goals.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to develop effective treatment plans that support pain management and occupational health recovery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client progress, treatment details, and any relevant medical terminology.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene standards and respecting client confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with clients to adjust treatments based on feedback and evolving needs for optimal results.

Qualifications

• Valid massage therapy license.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
