Job summary

The NOW Southlake is seeking passionate massage therapists to join our team in Southlake, Texas. Ideal candidates will provide therapeutic massage services and maintain a welcoming environment in accordance with our high standards. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, promoting health and wellness through your skills.

The position requires a valid massage therapy license in Texas. Experience in modalities such as Swedish and Deep Tissue massage is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid massage therapy license/certification in the state of practice.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing and mobility for up to 6 hours.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one‑weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).
• Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 8:00PM, Saturday & Sunday 9:00AM - 7:00PM

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Full and Part‑Time positions available.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
