Sullivan Surgery & Spa is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support events, partnerships, and content creation across our Annapolis and Easton clinics. This on-site role requires 20–25 hours per week with some evenings and weekends for events.

You will craft social media content, grow relationships with local businesses, and manage communications that reflect our luxury brand and HIPAA expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, events, or business development experience.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong social media and content creation skills with photography and video editing.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for branded content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable networking in person.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage several projects at once.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is preferred or willingness to learn.
• Available for some evenings/weekends for events; travel between Annapolis & Easton.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run in-office events such as open houses, raffles, product launches, and educational evenings.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and referral partners; manage cross-promotions.
• Create content for social media, email newsletters, and the website; maintain a calendar.
• Represent the brand at community events and networking functions; track results.
