Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, events, or business development experience.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong skills in social media and content creation, including photography and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable networking and representing the brand in person.
• Highly organized and able to manage several projects at once.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines preferred or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run events at the clinics and community venues.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and referral partners.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, email, and website.
• Manage promotions, vendor coordination, and attendee follow-up.
• Track event results: attendance, leads, and bookings.
• Develop cross-promotions and referral programs with partners.
