Job summary

Savoye North America, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Office Coordinator (Part-Time) to support front-office duties and lead graphic design projects in a dynamic, logistics-focused environment.

The role blends office coordination with marketing design, tradeshow materials, and light video/website work. On-site in Aurora, IL, 20–25 hours weekly, with a friendly, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or material handling, in marketing, operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong Canva and Adobe skills with a portfolio of 3–5 design samples.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Professional, friendly presence with guests and new employees.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable switching between office and creative work.
• Able to work on site in Aurora on a set weekday schedule.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs (tradeshow boxes, supplies).

Responsibilities

• Front office support: greet visitors, manage reception, and prepare conference rooms.
• Coordinate HQ visit duties: email blasts and welcome sign coordination.
• Manage office and marketing supply inventory and orders; support internal events.
• Graphic design and campaign support: create content in Canva/Adobe templates.
• Produce tradeshow materials and coordinate print/vendor orders.
• Keep brand assets organized and up-to-date.
• Video/website work: capture photos, edit short videos, manage WordPress backend.
• Prepare materials for the sales team on request.
