Job summary

SITU is a leading design and architectural fabrication company seeking a part-time Marketing & Graphics Coordinator in Brooklyn. This role focuses on social media, newsletters, and updating the company website, with 20–25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in architecture, graphic design or related design field with interest in graphic layouts.
• 1–3 years work experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Adobe CC, social platforms and Mailchimp; CRM a plus.
• Proven skills in graphic layout, photo curation and editing.
• Professional and clear verbal & written communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Manage SITU’s social media accounts, regularly posting relevant content across platforms.
• Coordinate development of newsletters in Mailchimp.
• Update and maintain content on SITU’s website, including news items and project pages.
• Assemble materials for proposals and RFP submissions.
• Document projects and events for marketing and business development, including photo editing and image curation.
• Coordinate with external clients and collaborators for project publication.
• Support marketing and business development strategies and create branded collateral.
