Placement By Design, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, marketing collateral, CRM discipline, and event preparation while helping standardize reusable assets and maintain data quality.

The role is fully onsite, part-time (20-25 hours/week) in Dallas, TX, reporting to the Marketing Manager. It involves coordinating proposals, updating collateral, and assisting with campaigns and project close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or related field.
• Proven writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading skills.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in AEC or deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, assembly, formatting, and close-out of proposal responses and related materials.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, file organization, and version control under the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain Salesforce records for contacts, opportunities, and campaigns; assist CRM reporting.
• Draft, revise, and format brochures, project sheets, presentations, and other collateral.
• Coordinate attendee registrations and materials for trade shows and conferences.
• Update and standardize reusable templates and workflows for project close-out.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field
