Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Boat Maintenance Mechanic for Seven Bays Marina in Davenport, WA. You will maintain and service boat fleet, marina and dock systems, and support electrical, mechanical, carpentry and plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities include oil changes, fuel filter changes, steering checks, electrical diagnostics, and safety equipment inspections. Candidates should have basic education, own tools, CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to travel to other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to swim and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Own tools required to perform maintenance tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and engine diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marina and boat maintenance including engines, steering, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and repair hull surfaces, paint, and docking hardware.
• Provide excellent guest service and coordinate with supervisors.
• Create and maintain boat maintenance schedules and checklists.
