Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking a Marina Maintenance Supervisor to oversee inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of boats, docks, trailers, fuel systems, and related equipment. You will ensure safe operation, regulatory compliance, and efficient, profitable operations for guests and team members.

You will coordinate schedules with the General Manager, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, manage budgets, and maintain records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in boat, dock, trailer, and marina equipment maintenance.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs independently.
Strong organization and computer skills for records and schedules.
Excellent interpersonal skills with staff, contractors, and park staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance schedules for boats, docks, trailers, fuel systems, and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of rental fleet and marina infrastructure.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on boats and marina equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, and hydraulic system issues.
Coordinate with contractors to maintain equipment in good condition.
Assist GM with budgets for boat, dock, and equipment maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records and work orders; ensure safety and compliance.
Oversee on-site projects, upgrades, and repairs with emphasis on safety.
Support boat rental operations and marina staff during peak periods.
Ensure marina is clean, safe, and professional for guests and staff.
