Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Business experience including professional development activities.
• Teaching experience at AACSB/ACBSP accredited schools and/or significant industry experience.
• Ability to teach diverse student populations.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations.
• Successful interview and teaching demonstration for class assignments.
• Successful completion of three background checks.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses face-to-face and online if necessary at the higher education level.
• Record and calculate grades, prepare course outlines and syllabi.
• Develop course and lesson plans and select appropriate textbooks.
• Engage in advising, department, college and community duties.
• Contribute to scholarship and service commensurate with the assignment.
