Millersville University’s Management and Marketing Department seeks temporary, part-time Information Technology instructors to fill in for faculty on sabbaticals or leaves. Applications submitted will be reviewed on an as-needed basis and qualified candidates may be contacted for interviews and potential hiring when a need exists.

The department offers IT courses such as Fundamentals of IT, Web Technology, IT Project Management, IT Risk Management and Security, Cybersecurity, and more.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• Teaching experience.
• Proficiency, knowledge, and experience in at least one IT course topic listed.
• Ability to teach diverse student populations.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations.
• Successful interview.
• Successful teaching demonstration.
• Completion of three background checks.

Responsabilités

• Teach IT courses as assigned and participate in departmental activities.
• Contribute to scholarship and service expectations as appropriate.
