Qualifications

• Proficient in performing mammography exams per physician order and protocol.
• Able to review images for quality and ensure accurate labeling in PACS/RIS.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams per physician order and protocol, confirming patient identity with two identifiers.
• Review images for quality and completeness, ensure first-time acceptance rate is high.
• Operate mammography equipment safely, optimize dose and technique while maintaining infection control guidelines.
• Provide clear pre- and post-exam instructions and address patient questions.
