Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts invites applications for a Spa Associate role at Mokara Spa in Bretton Woods. The position focuses on guest comfort, room preparation, and escorting guests to spa experiences, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of spaces and facilities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift 31–40 pounds, and available to work weekends and holidays, with morning or evening shifts. This role supports a premium guest experience at a premier Omni resort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift, hold, and carry 31-40 pounds
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, mornings and evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment rooms and spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen
• Greets guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary
• Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Mokara Spa treatments and experiences
• Maintain locker room in sanitary and safe condition to include shower areas, vanities
• Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition
• Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary
• Participates in periodic product inventory as directed
• Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities
