Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
• Willingness to take initiative and manage multiple projects.
• Friendly, respectful attitude when working with residents and staff.
• Availability to work three days per week with varying days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and complete routine repairs throughout the community.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers and other building systems.
• Prepare resident apartments to ensure rooms are clean, safe and ready for new residents.
• Promote safety by supporting inspections and following codes.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs when needed.
• Provide a friendly, helpful presence to residents and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
