Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in building industry or maintenance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment turnovers including painting and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa.
• Ensure safety standards for staff and residents.
