Qualifications
Prefer six months of experience in building industry or maintenance.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
Responsibilities
Assist with apartment turnovers including painting and cleaning.
Maintain grounds including pool and spa.
Ensure safety standards for staff and residents.
