Kingston Bay Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Worker in Fresno, CA to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities include handling maintenance requests, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, preparing apartments, and coordinating with outside vendors as needed. This role emphasizes EPIC ACTS values and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
• Hands-on approach and initiative to manage projects.

• Availability to work three days per week with varying days.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and perform routine repairs across the community.
• Assist plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boiler systems.
• Prepare resident apartments to be clean, safe, and ready for new residents.
• Promote safety by supporting inspections and building codes.

• Provide friendly support to residents and team members.

What Youll Do

• - Handle Maintenance Requests - Complete routine repairs and respond to maintenance needs throughout the community.
• - Use Your Technical Skills - Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.
• - Prepare Resident Apartments - Make sure rooms are clean, safe, and ready for new residents.
• - Promote Safety - Support inspections, follow building codes, and maintain safety standards.
• - Work with Contractors - Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs when needed.
• - Support the Community - Provide a friendly, helpful presence and assist residents and team members as needed.
• - Take Pride in the Details - Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

What Youll Bring
