Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC is preferred.

• Flexible schedule to cover three days per week with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and complete routine repairs throughout the community.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.
• Prepare resident apartments to ensure safety and readiness for new residents.
• Support safety by following codes and maintaining standards.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs as needed.
• Provide a friendly, helpful presence to residents and team members.
