Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for Castle Park in Castle Rock, CO. The role ensures the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal are properly maintained and supports the service team.

The job requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to handle after-hours emergencies, and strong problem-solving and time management skills. Knowledge of irrigation and basic plumbing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufactured or multi-family community.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff and visitors.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Experience with irrigation, water, and sewer line repairs.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects, complete work orders and repair to policy and safety standards.
• Track materials and inventory, request re-orders as needed.
• Perform general park and facilities maintenance under minimal supervision.
• Promote positive resident relations through fair, proactive service.
• Inspect property and common areas each morning to catch maintenance issues.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Support occupancy goals and quality living experiences for residents.
• Assist management with developing efficient maintenance methods.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage rotations.
• Maintain knowledge of safe use and maintenance of power tools and equipment.
