Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ridge at Castle Rock Apartments in Castle Rock, CO. The role supports cleaning, repairs, and on-call maintenance across the property, delivering responsive service to residents.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and a strong customer-service mentality, with reliable transportation and willingness to work rotating on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a 200-unit property.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks and general repairs.
• Customer service focus with flexibility and teamwork.
• On-call rotation availability and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, turnover of apartments, and misc maintenance tasks.
• Handle emergency calls and respond promptly.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Ridge at Caste Rock Apartments!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
