Job summary

Inland Residential Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Castle Rock, CO to maintain community integrity and provide a safe living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 1+ year in property maintenance, HVAC certification, and the ability to perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and grounds tasks. Must have own tools and be able to travel for parts; 40+ hour weeks with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certified; CFC/EPA cert preferred; CAMT preferred.
• Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, landscaping and cleaning.
• Own tools; transportation to vendors.
• Willing to travel for parts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders.
• Familiar with OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service and maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents.
• Keep property in good condition and fix unsafe conditions.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records.
• Complete make-ready repairs on schedule.
• Perform grounds maintenance as needed.
• Change locks and keys.
• Other duties as assigned.
