Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in apartment maintenance on a large property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C and related trades preferred.
• Strong customer-service attitude and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on requests across grounds, offices and common areas.
• Repair appliances and perform turnover maintenance in apartments.
• Assist with painting, cleaning, and other general tasks.
• Respond to emergency calls and prioritize safety and quality.
